RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from SACHI. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges based on the following conditions.

1. In-Stock Items
Full Refund:
For a full refund on in-stock items purchased on shopsachi.com, return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Exchange Only:
Return requests made after 24 hours will be eligible for an exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Condition of Return:
All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection. The item must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging intact.

Refused Returns:
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is damaged, used, or otherwise unsaleable.

2. Made-to-Order Items
All custom, bespoke, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure the accuracy of your order before purchasing.

3. International Orders
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchange:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for a different size, color, or style, provided the item is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging intact.

Exchange Window:
Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

How to Exchange:
Please contact us at info@gruposachi.com to initiate your exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to proceed.

5. Excessive Return/Exchange Requests
Return/Exchange Request Frequency:
We track return and exchange requests. SACHI reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if excessive requests are made by the same customer.
